01Will it email people without me seeing it first?
No — not unless you turn that on. Every email waits for you to approve, edit or skip it. Once you trust how it writes, you can let the follow-ups go out by themselves and keep approving the first email.
02Will these actually sound like me?
Paste in one or two emails you've sent before — ideally ones that got replies. It picks up the words you use, how long your sentences run and how you sign off, then writes every new email that way. You'll see the difference in the first draft.
03Does it use my own email address?
Yes. Emails go out from your inbox, so replies land in your inbox and the conversation looks exactly like one you typed yourself. Connect more than one account and sending is shared between them, with a daily limit on each.
04How do I know it'll work for me?
You don't, until you try — and that's exactly why the free plan has no card and no clock. Send 500 emails, count the replies, and decide from real numbers instead of our promises. One thing you do need is your own list of contacts; bad addresses bounce, and bounces get your email account flagged.
05What if I pay and it doesn't pay off?
Email us within seven days and we refund you in full, no questions. You can also cancel any time from your account and keep it until the month you paid for ends.
06What happens when someone replies?
Every automated follow-up for that person stops immediately, and their card moves so you can see it. From there it's a normal email conversation — you reply straight from the card, and it can suggest a draft if you'd rather not start from a blank box.
07What if they reply and then go quiet?
Drag their card into your nurture column. One gentle follow-up goes out after a few days of silence — just one, not a sequence. If they write back before then, it cancels itself.
08Which email accounts can I connect?
Any mailbox that supports SMTP, which covers most custom-domain email providers — Zoho, Fastmail, Titan, and the mail that comes with most hosting plans. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 have moved to OAuth-only sign-in, so those aren't supported yet. They're next on the roadmap.
09Why would I send from multiple email accounts?
